We at Aero Glass, Inc. and our affiliated companies, including Aero Glass Kft. (collectively “Aero Glass,” “we,” “us,”), are committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy, among other things, lets you know how we collect, process, use, disclose, and secure information we collect from users of our website located at https://glass.aero/, (the “Site”) or mobile application (the “App”), our Site and App are collectively referred to as “Platform,” our Aero Glass Software (the “Software”), and our Aero Glass Products (the “Products”). The term “you” and/or “user” refers to the person visiting or using/ purchasing our Site, Platform, Software and/or Products.

Initially capitalized words, not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Use.
1. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you more directly by email or means of a notice on your Account homes page prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy whenever you access our Site, Software, and/or Products, to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy. Your use of any of our Sites, Software, Platform, and the Products after the posting of such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
2. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
We may collect the following information from you when you use our Sites, Software, Platform, and the Products. The information may be stored on our servers.
a. Account Information. When you register to use the our Sites, Software, Platform, and/or the Products, or create an Aero Glass account (the “Account”), we may collect all the information that you provide at the time or creating/registering such an Account. This may include personally identifiable information, which is any information that can individually identify you and includes, among other things, your name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, credit card, billing and contact information. We may also collect information that does not personally identify you such as your location, demographics, use of the Products and the Internet.
b. Usage of Products. We collect information pertaining to the IP address determine your geolocation when you use our Products.
c. Payment Information. When you make payments through our Site and/or Platform, you may need to provide your shipping address and financial account information, such as your credits card number, to our payment processing partner. We do not collect or store financial account information, though we may receive transaction identifiers and summary information that does not include credit cards or bank accounts.
d. Cookies. When you visit or use our Sites, Software, Platform, and/or the Products or open our emails, we and our third-party service providers may collect certain information by way of cookies. The information collected in this manner includes IP address, browser characteristics, device IDs and characteristics, operating system version, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about the usage of our Sites, Software, Platform, and/or the Products. We may link this data to your Account. We use cookies to help remember and process payment for Products that you add to your shopping cart. Compile aggregate data about traffic on our Site and Site interactions in order to offer better experience and tools. You may be able to change browser settings or phone settings, whichever applicable, to block and delete cookies when you access the Sites through a web browser or through our App. However, if you do that, the Sites or the App may not work properly. Our ad networks and analytics service providers may also collect information about your use of other websites and online services over time, if those websites and online services also use the same service providers. e. Customer Support Inquires: If you contact us directly, such as when you contact our Customer Support team, we will receive the contents of your message or any attachments you may send to us, as well as any additional information you choose to provide. 3. USE OF THE INFORMATION
a. We use the information that you provide to:
i) To process your purchase of our Products;
ii) Personalize your experience in using our Products;
iii) Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Products;
iv) Enable you to access your Account and use our Products;
v) Provide and deliver the Products;
vi) To Notify you of changes to our Site, Platform, and/or Products;
vii) Respond to your comments, questions, and requests and provide customer support and service;
viii) Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Products and for marketing or advertising purposes;
ix) Investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access to our Products, and other illegal activities;
x) Personalize and improve our Products, and provide content, features, and/or advertisements that match your interests and preferences or otherwise customize your experience on our Sites, Software, Platform, and/or the Products;
xi) Send you emails offering our additional Products and other special offers and promotions, if you wish to opt out of email marketing, please click on the unsubscribe link or contact us at info@glass.aero;
xii) Link or combine with other information we receive from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with better products; and
xiii) For other purposes about which we notify you.
b. Disclosure of information to third-party:
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer personally identifiable information to others, except: (i) as provided in this Privacy Policy, (ii) to defend against legal claims or otherwise protect our rights, (ii) as required by law, judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us, (iv) for purposes of law enforcement investigations, (v) to protect rights, property, or safety of our customers, and/or (vi) with your consent.
We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
If you submit a request for information through our Sites, Account, or by any other means, you agree that we may share the information you submit with third parties, as necessary to respond to your request. Such third parties’ use or disclosure of the information you submit is subject to their privacy policies and practices and we have no control over the subsequent use or disclosure of any information you provide. If we offer functionality to share information via email or social media on any of our Sites and you choose to use such functionality, the information you provide may be shared with recipients. We may share with third parties, including but not limited to, other users and vendors: (1) information you submit in your Account, and (2) your feedback regarding our Sites, and/or Products.
The third-party service providers that we use help us in performing various functions such as processing credit card transactions, analyzing data, serving advertisements and providing marketing assistance. All service providers are contractually required to treat personally identifiable information as confidential.
4. INFORMATION SHARED WITH OUR SUBSIDIARIES
Sometimes we may transfer your personally identifiable information to our subsidiary that is in Hungary in order to provide you with better Products or for troubleshooting purposes. Our subsidiary is bound by the principles this Privacy Policy. 5. PROTECTION OF THE INFORMATION
While no Product is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Additionally, your personally identifiable information and your password is protected with encryption, such as Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, during transmission over the Internet.
You may access your Account and our Products only through the use of an individual user ID and password. To protect the confidentiality of personal information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Please advise us immediately if you believe your password has been misused. In addition, always logout and close your browser when you finish your session. Please note that we will never ask you to disclose your password in an unsolicited phone call or email.
6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
We may transfer information we collect about you to countries other than the country in which the information originally was collected. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or other region with laws governing data collection and use that differ from those of the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to countries located outside the EEA, in particular to the United States, where we are headquartered and where some of our service providers are located. Those countries may not have the same level of protection as the country in which you initially provided that information. When we transfer your information we will protect it as described in this Policy.
7. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship (and that are not otherwise exempt) have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, including the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties. 8. OUR POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN
Our Products are not directed to children under the age of 13. Aero Glass users must not be under the age of 13. We do not target any portion of our Sites, Software, Platform, and/or the Products to children under the age of 13, and we will delete any accounts or data of users that we believe to be under the age of 13 to be in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@glass.aero.
