Aero Glass will launch augmented reality product at EAA Oshkosh in July 2014
The developers at Aero Glass have been hard at work for months creating the first Augmented Reality application for General Aviation pilots. Technology which has only been available to the military is now coming the public at an affordable price point. Thanks to relationships with Epson, Google and other hardware manufacturers, Aero Glass is the first company to make this a reality.
We are excited to announce that we’ll be launching our beta program and delivering product to the first lucky customers who attend the EAA Airventure show in Oshkosh Wisconsin July 28 – August 3rd. We expect tens of thousands of people to come through our booth to see the future of aviation. We’ll also be offering special discounted show pricing to those who come by the booth.
We’ll be demo’ing features such as IFR navigation routes, 3D terrain mapping & geographic overlays, airport locations and metadata, ADS-B traffic, and take-off/landing procedures and visual assistance. All this…available in any weather, day or night. Aero Glass offers safer skies and improved navigation for global GA pilots.
Come visit our booth at Oshkosh, see the future, and be the first to put this technology in your cockpit!
